Installers / Applicators

The crew that gets on the roof. We hire two-person teams or pairs. Pay is competitive, equipment provided, training paid. Florida driver’s license and a clean record required. Roofing experience helpful but not required — we train.

Sales Representatives

Inspectors who run quotes and close. Commission-based with a draw. Leads are provided — we do not expect you to door-knock cold for them. Florida regions hiring: Tampa Bay, Central Florida, Southeast Florida.

Office & Operations

Scheduling, customer success, warranty support, marketing. Hybrid-friendly. Florida residency required.
