How the program works

Step 1: Free drone inspection

You schedule a drone inspection from wherever you are. Our pilot flies your roof, captures 4K video and detail shots of every slope, eave, valley, and penetration, and emails you the footage and a written assessment within 48 hours. You see exactly what the roof looks like — without flying down.

Step 2: Virtual quote

If your roof is a fit for rejuvenation, we send a fixed quote with a clickable e-sign agreement. You can accept, request changes, or pass. Same 24-hour turnaround as our in-person quotes. Same fixed-price guarantee — the number on the quote is the number on the invoice.

Step 3: Application day with live updates

You get a text when the crew is en route. Photos before we mask, photos after the spray, photos after cleanup. Optional video walkaround at the end. We’ve had snowbirds tell us they felt more in the loop than they did the last time their primary-residence roof was worked on.

Step 4: Warranty registration + photo archive

Within 48 hours, you’ll have a PDF certificate, a project photo archive in Dropbox or Google Drive, and a maintenance record you can email to your insurance carrier — all without ever leaving your sun porch in Buffalo.

Hurricane watch: we call you

If you’re enrolled in the program and a named storm is forecast to cross your zip code, we call you 72 hours ahead. We’ll do a pre-storm inspection if you want it, secure anything we can on your behalf (within reason and Florida licensing limits), and document the roof’s condition with timestamped photos. Post-storm, we come back out for a free inspection and report. You decide whether to fly down or send the report straight to your insurer.

This is included for everyone who’s had a rejuvenation done within the warranty period. We don’t charge extra. It’s the program working the way we said it would.

Why we built this program

The first season after we got our Florida franchise, we did a job for a couple in Westchester whose Naples roof had been sitting through hurricane seasons unsupervised for six years. They’d had a property manager who responded slowly to the wrong things. The roof was salvageable, barely, and the rejuvenation worked — but they’d been a lot closer to a tear-off than they realized.

We built this program for them and the thousands of other people in their position. Florida is full of incredible second homes. They deserve maintenance that doesn’t require you to be there.

Your property manager is great at locks and lawns but doesn’t know roofs. We work directly with the manager for site access while keeping you in the communication loop on every photo and update.

Your home is rented seasonally. We coordinate application during a turnover gap or during a stay (rejuvenation is a one-day, no-noise application — most renters don’t notice). We handle the renter communication for you.

The “Canadian dollar is killing me” scenario

We get it. We accept Canadian payment via wire transfer to keep the FX bite manageable. Quote in USD, you handle the rate at your bank.

Frequently asked questions

Do you really do everything without me being there?

Yes. We’ve completed jobs for homeowners in Toronto, Boston, London, and Phoenix without them setting foot in Florida. Drone inspection, virtual quote, photo updates throughout, PDF warranty by email.

How does payment work if I’m not in Florida?

ACH, wire, or credit card by phone. We don’t require checks. Canadian customers can wire CAD via their bank — we’ll provide the conversion details.

What about access to the property?

We coordinate with your property manager, neighbor, or family member who has keys. We don’t need interior access for rejuvenation — just gate codes if applicable.

Is there a separate fee for the snowbird services?

No. The drone inspection is free. The virtual quote and photo updates are included. The hurricane watch service is part of the standard warranty for clients.

What if I want to come down for the application day?

Welcome anytime. We’ll match the schedule to your travel. No discount for being there in person — and no premium for not being there.

Will the IRS care that I’m maintaining a Florida second home?

We’re not your accountant, but documented maintenance records are useful for property tax appeals and capital-improvement records. Your CPA can speak to specifics.

Do you work with snowbird real-estate agents on listings?

Often. A documented rejuvenation with transferable warranty is a meaningful selling point in the Florida market. We’ve done pre-listing rejuvenations with same-week turnaround.
